Old Fire Station

Cafe and Community Centre

Brackley Fire Station (now known as the Old Fire Station) was opened for business in 1887. It served the town as a fire station and was manned by volunteers. It existed as the town’s fire station for 123 years until a new purpose built station was opened on St James’ Road in 2010. The Old Fire Station is situated between the Old Town and the modern Town Centre. The building was owned by the National Trust for many years but was bought by the Town Council in 2013 and converted to a café, ‘The Old Fire Station Café,’ and a community centre.
